01Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your LeadMiner subscription at any time through your Profile Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
02Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service and the costs associated with real-time data extraction, we generally do not offer refunds once a search has been initiated or data has been extracted.
03Technical Issues
In rare cases where a system failure prevents data extraction for a duration exceeding 48 hours, users may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or a refund for that specific period.
04Processing Times
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase via Cashfree.
