02Service Description
LeadMiner provides business intelligence and lead generation tools through automated data discovery on publicly available platforms like Google Maps. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the data at all times as it is subject to changes in source platforms.
03Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Cashfree. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).
04Usage Policy
Users are prohibited from using the data for illegal spamming, harassment, or any activity that violates the privacy rights of the database records found. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all local and international laws.
LeadMiner reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
