Terms of Service

By accessing or using LeadMiner (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

LeadMiner extracts publicly available business data — names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and ratings — from open directories and mapping services.

Data accuracy depends on third-party sources and may change. We work to verify listings but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for every record.

LeadMiner is a tool for legitimate business prospecting. You are responsible for how you use the data.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You are liable for all activity under your account.

One account per organization. Each organization needs its own subscription.

Subscriptions bill monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed through Cashfree. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.

All prices are in INR, exclusive of taxes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues until the period ends. No refunds for partial periods.

We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Registered users will be emailed before any change takes effect.

You agree not to use extracted leads for:

• Spam in violation of CAN-SPAM, TRAI, or GDPR
• Harassment or abuse of any kind
• Reselling raw lead data as a standalone product
• Any activity that breaks the law

Violating accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice and without refund.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be down for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

LeadMiner is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for damages from using or being unable to use the Service.

We may update these Terms. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
